Closed loop material reprocessing

We have been working on a closed loop system to automatically regrind waste runners.

We have a added a sepro sprue picker to our bristle manufacturing line which automatically drops the waste sprue and runner into a material grinder. This is then fed back into the material feed via a proportional valve at the correct percentage. This ensures we efficiently use our scrap material and it is kinder to the environment.

We are efficiently recycling sprues on our energy saving Haitian moulding machines, supplied by Premier Moulding Machinery. Reusing waste material at source reduces cost, we also save on electricity by using highly efficient moulding machines. This gives us a cost advantage in pricing to our customers and as a business we are kinder to the environment.
